Faeries need help too!

If you’re interested in joining our team and are willing to devote some of your time, please read the details and fill out the application below.

Volunteer Requirements:

• Work (2) four hour shifts
• Volunteers must be 16+ years of age

In exchange for 8 hours worked, volunteers will receive the following:

• Free 3-day Camping ticket to the festival and all of the activities
• Virginia Faery Festival Volunteer T-Shirt

As a volunteer, you will…

• Work in one or more of the following areas:
  • Front Gate/Greeter
  • Parking
  • Kid’s Area
  • Set-up/Clean-up
  • Character/Ambiance (fairy, ogre, troll, etc)
  • Run a Workshop
  • ​Assist with a Workshop(s)
• Represent the Virginia Faery Festival in a professional and responsible manner
